1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms of Service govern all purchases made on ocuvity.com (the "Site"), operated by SL DIGITAL LLC. By placing an order you agree to these terms without reservation. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. ABOUT US
Ocuvity is a brand owned and operated by SL DIGITAL LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. We design and sell the Ocuvity 15-in-1 Advanced Eye Formula dietary supplement. Orders are fulfilled by our logistics partners and shipped from the United States.

3. PRODUCTS
Products are described as accurately as possible. Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product. Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on this Site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Consult your physician before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.

4. PRICING
Prices are listed in US dollars (USD). SL DIGITAL LLC reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price displayed at the time of order confirmation. Any promotional discount applies only during the stated promotional period.

5. ORDERS
Any order placed on ocuvity.com constitutes a binding purchase agreement. SL DIGITAL LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of:
- An existing dispute with the customer
- Non-payment of a previous order
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized use of payment

6. PAYMENT
Payment is processed securely online via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and other methods available at checkout. All payment data is encrypted by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor (Shopify Payments / Stripe). SL DIGITAL LLC does not store full card numbers.

7. SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 24 business hours after payment confirmation and ship from the United States. Estimated delivery (business days after dispatch):
- United States: 2 to 7 days
- Canada: 5 to 10 days
- United Kingdom: 5 to 12 days
- Australia: 7 to 14 days
- New Zealand: 7 to 14 days
SL DIGITAL LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure. Full details in our Shipping Policy.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, unopened, and with the safety seal intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error. Full details in our Refund Policy.

9. WARRANTIES & DISCLAIMERS
All products sold on ocuvity.com are covered by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. The Ocuvity formula is a dietary supplement and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Individual results may vary.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on ocuvity.com (text, images, logos, videos, formulas) is owned by SL DIGITAL LLC or used under license and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. Reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.

11. PRIVACY
Personal data collected during your order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The data controller is SL DIGITAL LLC.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SL DIGITAL LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or products. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
