At Ocuvity, your satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund Policy is issued by SL DIGITAL LLC, the company operating ocuvity.com.

1. RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In its original packaging, with the safety seal intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email)

Once a bottle has been opened or its seal broken, it is no longer eligible for a refund or exchange, for hygiene and product safety reasons.

2. 90-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
In addition to our 30-day return window for unopened items, we offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you have used the product and are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 90 days of delivery at contact@ocuvity.com. Our team will review your case and offer a fair resolution (partial refund, store credit, or replacement) on a case by case basis.

3. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. Contact us at contact@ocuvity.com with your order number and reason for the return. Do not ship returns without contacting us first.
2. Our team will reply within 24 business hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the warehouse address.
3. Ship the item using a tracked service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
4. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

4. REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. Depending on your bank, the refund may take 3 to 10 additional business days to appear on your statement.

5. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at contact@ocuvity.com with a photo of the product and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

6. EXCHANGES
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired option is no longer available, a full refund will be offered.

7. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Sale or promotional items are not eligible for returns or exchanges
- Bottles that have been opened or had their seal broken
- Gift cards
- Digital products (ebooks, guides) included as free gifts

8. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Customers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand may return items under the same conditions. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. SL DIGITAL LLC is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or VAT on returned items.

9. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 1 hour of placement. After this window, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.
