At Ocuvity, we ship our 15-in-1 Advanced Eye Formula worldwide to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Orders are fulfilled by our logistics partners and ship from our US warehouse.

1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 business hours after payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

2. SHIPPING TIMES (after dispatch)
- United States: 2 to 7 business days
- Canada: 5 to 10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5 to 12 business days
- Australia: 7 to 14 business days
- New Zealand: 7 to 14 business days

These times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, peak periods (holidays, Black Friday), customs inspection, and weather. SL DIGITAL LLC is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.

3. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value. Free shipping is offered on bundle orders (Tier 2 and Tier 3) and on orders above the threshold displayed at checkout.

4. ORDER TRACKING
A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order ships. You can track your package on our Track Order page or directly through the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days, please contact us at contact@ocuvity.com.

5. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, household members, and your local carrier office. If your package is genuinely lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date at contact@ocuvity.com with your order number and any relevant photos. We will open a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement or issue a full refund as appropriate.

6. CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. SL DIGITAL LLC has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

7. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur a re-shipping fee. Address changes can be requested within 1 hour of placing the order by emailing contact@ocuvity.com.

8. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Packages returned to our warehouse as undeliverable (refused, unclaimed, or invalid address) will be refunded minus the original shipping cost. Re-shipping requires a new shipping payment.

9. RESTRICTED COUNTRIES
We currently ship only to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Orders placed from other countries will be cancelled and refunded.
